I bough two Maximus regulators and two Gemini octos from Scubatoys.

I.
After registering a Maximus and 2 Gemini on Sherwood's website I received 2 identical emails from "no-reply@sherwoodscuba.com" with FREE SERVICE PARTS PROGRAM description, starting with " Thank you for registering your new Gemini Breathable Inflator." and "Gemini Free Parts" in the subject line each.

But there was no such email about the Maximus. Does that mean there is a problem with the registration?
I haven't registered the second Maximus yet, so, if I made a mistake, I can still do it right for the second one.

Also:
II.
I wasn't able to find anyone who would service my Sherwoods in Ireland.

Any ideas?

Dear shekes,

Thanks for the inquiry. There is not a problem. The Gemini has a lifetime parts warranty as long as you maintain the servicing on an anual basis. The Maximus does not have the same parts warranty. Those two red rings on the hose protector are for two anual service parts kits. You can turn those in to your local Sherwood Dealer.

As for someone in Ireland, I would suggest you contact someone in England there are several very good service centers there in the UK.

Good Diving,
Sherwood Scuba
