Happy New Year! Well our annual New Years Day dive did not happen. We arrived at the dive site to 20 knot winds, 48 degrees (pretty warm today
), and four foot swells on our lake:11:. There was a solid rip-tide coming off of the dam kicking up a huge silt slick, which settled right on top of where we dive. Vis was 0, so we went and ate
. We will be back up at the dam next weekend, 10:30am if anyone would like to join us.
