Problems using a PC interface fo Nitek He

I've just bought a used nitek He with a serial docking
station and a cd rom with nitek logic software
(v.3.06)... I tried to download the old dives of this
computer with this cd and with the newest version
(3.25) but a message advises that "there were no dives
on this Unit"...
Checking the log of my Nitek He I can see that there
are at least 18 dives logged on... What's the problem?
Any idea? Should I change my Logic version with an
older one?

What operating platform and version are you using. I had the same problem only to find out it was useless with microsoft vista. Dive Rite folks will be helpful if there are no compatability issues. Good lucl.

Mmmm, I use a windows XP professional SP2 (2002 version). Do you think it's ok?

It sounds like a corrupt logbook. Typically the computer needs to come back to Dive Rite to be reset.

Argh! You mean that i have to send it to you in Florida?
Jerry, tell me it isn't so....No one in Italy/Europe?
