Service question

I dont know if this has been asked before (i searched and didnt find anything.. maybe search parameters were too narrow). Is it possible for Oceanic service centers to also service Aeris gear since they are pretty much identical? reason I ask is because I live in Cancun, and there are no Aeris centers in the whole country (mexico that is), but there are some Oceanic centers.

Hi vrykolakas -

There are more differences between the lines than you may think. I would assume that your primary inquiry would be regarding regulator service - where there is very little direct cross-over between the lines. Our dealer service centers are trained and have access to parts and technical communications only for the lines that they carry.
