Trip to Tobago

I just booked our trip to Tobago for November. I dive but the wife doesn't. I'm planning on balancing diving with other activities that I can do with her.

Does anyone have any suggestions, info, or advice on places to dive, things to see (diving and nondiving), or places to eat, etc.

I need info too, as I am going in May. Right now I am diving with Aquamarine out of Blue Waters Inn.

The only info I could find on the board was a trip report that was several years old. The report made it seem that aquamarine made the diving somewhat limited and now I am on the lookout for additional info and or another operator.
