How does the old Dacor 950 xl hold up against the new Apex and other modern regs?
The better questions is........ Can you get parts as Dacor closed its door and didn't support its older products before it did? Apeks do breath and hold up very well, and parts are available. There are a few kits around for Dacor but getting hard to find. I dive scubapro, but would use Apeks in a heartbeat. My $.02 Mark

Dacor regs are fine, but it doesn't make sense to me to buy a discontinued product you will definetly have problems getting serviced. Unless it's the deal of the century, I'd go with another brand.
