I have a Oceanic BioFlex BC, how does this match up

I'm not sure, if you already discover the answer. My BioFlex BC come with XS2 octo. The way it installed on my BC, you should get the XS2 complete set. Then you should need only unscrew the existing inflator off, and put the XS2 in. Verify this with Oceanic CS won't hurt. Hope this help.
Let me know, if you want to part out the inflator. I just bought a Zeagle BC, want an Oceanic/Aeris inflator. So I can put my BioFlex on sale.:)
