Best DPV for NJ shore Diving

Well me and my buddy are looking for DPV's for shore diving off the NJ coast most swims are about 200-400 yards off the beach. Wel are looking into each getting a DPV for the ride out and back. Sometimes we have a strong swim if we miss the tide, any good inexpensvie DPV's that came get this job done so we can spend most of our time looking for goodies?? We are only talking 20-25 feet. Thanks Ed

Where are there any decent shore dives here?

Get a pal with a small boat and a decent anchor to act as your point person. It's Jersey man, the tide has an "attitude" and some tiny scooter is going to get it _________ kicked. Plus, a small boat is a perfect place to store all your found treasure...bottles, shark teeth, discarded weaponry. :D
