Sherwood SR1

I've been looking to upgrade to a new regulator recently and have narrowed my choices down to either an Apeks XTX200 or a Sherwood SR1. One of my main concerns is the serviceability of the SR1 outwith the USA.

Are there authorised dealers in the UK that could take care of my servicing needs?

Sherwood Scuba has a very good distributor in the UK and their abilty to service Sherwood Scuba regulators is tremendous. The new SR1 has not been delivered into England as we are awaiting CE Approval. However, once this is accomplished you should have no issues getting your SR1 serviced in the UK.

Is there any connection between the SR1 and Atomic Aquatics? Is the resemblance just coincidental or is this reg an OEM product?
