I have a new Aeris Epic that I just used on my trip to Cozumel, and I've been trying to connect it to my PC to download the data. I keep getting a 'Invalid Product. Process Terminated' error message. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have any insight as to how to remedy the issue. Many thanks.

Hey Todd:

I had the same problem, chances are that you have figured it out by now. You have to set the computer to "Epic" in two places or else it defaults to another setting. When you go into the dive log, there is a drop-down box to set to epic, do that and then you can upload. You would think that you would only have to set it to Epic once but that is not the case.
