I have a new Aeris Epic that I just used on my trip to Cozumel, and I've been trying to connect it to my PC to download the data. I keep getting a 'Invalid Product. Process Terminated' error message. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or have any insight as to how to remedy the issue. Many thanks.
