For Sale:
1 x 21 watt HID Sartek light with 4.5 AH battery canister
Also: 1 spare 10 watt head available together or separately
Light includes:
21 watt Lighthead:
- 21 watt HID lighthead, Brightstar ballast
- about 12 months old, upgraded to this in March 2007
- Wetmate connections
- Goodman handle is presently a home-made hard goodman with a thumb-loop for scootering. I have the hardware for a Sartek soft goodman handle and can swap this over if desired.
Battery/Canister:
- Rotary switch
- Canister is ~2005 and has some minor cosmetic wear, but has been kept in good condition
- Includes pin for removing the cap
- 2 Batteries both ~2005, 4.5 AH NiMH. Batteries have been well maintained, charged with voltage checked. Last burntest showed 1:40 - 1:45 on both (MFR rating with this config is 2 hr)
- wetmate connections
- Canister is presently configured for plate-mount type configuration
Charger:
- 4.5 AH trickle charger with power supply
10 watt Lighthead:
- Focusable, 2004 vintage. Well maintained, nice light head.
- Homemade hard goodman handle with scootering thumb loop. I also have soft hardware and can reconfigure if needed
With a combo set up using wetmates you can have a very nice configuration with a 21 watt head and a 10 watt for backup or conditions where you want less light.
This light configuration w/ 1 battery retails on the Sartek website for $955.
The 10 watt head retails for $340.
NiMH batteries retail for $150.
Total value of system new: $1445
Asking price:
$650 for 21 watt / 4.5 AH system with charger and 2 batteries
$450 for 10 watt / 4.5 AH system with charger and 1 battery.
