Hello. I cannot seem to get my XR 2 to go into "set 1" mode where it counts down 90 seconds until you start downloading. I have left messages with the number on the website and sent emails but I cannot seem to get a response. It seems odd to me because I needed help once before and I immediately got through to someone and they were extremely helpful and courteous. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you.
