Our new website will be up shortly which will have detailed information for each specific product including sizing.
Until then, here is a general size chart for the BC's (ATS/HD100), HTS and Elite Harness systems:
SM: 5'2"-5'7" - 125-165lbs. - 30"-40"chest - 30"-38"waist
MD: 5'7"-6'0" - 155-185lbs. - 34"-44"chest - 32"-40"waist
LG: 5'11"-6'3" - 185-230bs. - 38"-48"chest - 34"-42"waist
XL: 6'2"-6'7" - 230-290lbs. - 40"-50"chest - 38"-46"waist
The Solo and Switchback harness systems are one size fits all.
