I am planning a vacation to North Carolina next year and would like to get my altitude diving specialty and go whitewater rafting, any suggestions?

When in NC, why not get wreck certified or if you already are, dive the 'graveyard of the Atlantic'... when in Rome...

I hear Ashville is beautiful, but I don't know the elevation; nor do I recall the altitude considered 'high' for diving... 1500m?

Tie yourself under a raft and hang on....hehehehe (in scuba)
It saves time and money and leaves time for more sedate pastimes like Grizzly bear baiting....lol
Cheers ears,
There can be only one,
