it is supposed to be nice this Friday, 4/11. Anyone care to join me and some friends for a night dive? South side of Dania 7ish.

I was just talked into swimming a 10K on Saturday in Miami, so it will be changed to a short dive... I was always told don't fold to peer pressure. Guess I should start listening!:)

where is dania, im a noob:) just curious as im looking for more dive spots

Dania Beach is between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood Beach, about a three hour drive for you (if you drive with a purpose). :)

gotcha might have to check that one out, is it a shore dive?
dania is a nice beach dive The south side is a short swim out to 15'-20' deep reef. While the north side is sorta long trek to the eurojacks-concrete blocks shaped like the children's game. That has lots of cool stuff, especially at night.

SEATECH LEDGE / DANIA BEACH

One of the highest, most incredible reef ledges within beach diving distance in South Florida is this ledge, deeply undercut and covered with coral and invertebrates in only 20ft maximum depth. From I-95 go East on Griffin to US1 South to Dania Beach Blvd go over bridge and veer right exit the circle ramp into the public beach parking lot park at the southern most spaces. Enter at southern edge of public beach. Don’t forget your Dive Flag! LAT/LONG 26 03.119N 80 06.352W
