I think you need to get some dives in to become more marketable.

If you are working out of a shop like most of us, if you have something special that nobody else has you can have your class set for once a month. Example I'm certified with both DAN and PADI to be a Hazardous Marine Life Injury Instructor. I can get any exposure I want and charge what I want and pay the shop for the space. The rest of the classes you are being offered, are mostly packaged in PADI Emergency Response.
Knowing how to administer O2 is also important. Hope that helps. J.C.

The more things you are certified in the more marketable you are.

Another thing that will make you more 'marketable' will be if the courses you teach cross over into other markets, for example check you local area / State / Provance...... to see if the program is acceptable for workplace certification. I live in Ontario Canada and am already a certified Emergency First Responder / Emergency Medical Attendant, First Aid, CPR, Oxygen, and Defib instructor for dry land and work place. The DAN course, in Ontario is not recognized under our workplace regulations, some day I hope, once i get a bunch more dives in to become a DAN instructor, this will make me more 'marketable' by giving me an in, into the dive world as a medical trainer. It might just be worth your while to check......
