Good evening,

We are Sarasota Divers that made a few trips a year to Key Largo, and used Cristal Clear. They are seemingly out of business or have been bought out. We think they had the best setup with their larger boat and would be interested in knowing if someone picked that up. More importantly, they had a great Captin; George who made every trip we did with them amazing. If anyone knows George and if he is still taking trips please let us know. As our enthusiasm for diving is due in part to the wonderful expierences on his boat.

Thanks,

James

I think the big boat went to Conch Republic Divers and Capt. George (Jorge?) also. CRD is a first class op. I can't remember seeing ANY negative comments about it on this board and that says a lot.

Hey Goindrinkn,

The 46' Newton was purchase by my shop, Conch Republic Divers and Captain Jorge came along with it and is now working for us. We're located just 8 miles south of Key Largo in Tavernier at Tavernier Creek Marina. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call.

Good Diving/Hunting,

Capt.

Thanks for the info. Makes that choice easy. As your website mentions, we are 2 folks that try to follow Jorge. We've made a few trips down from Sarasota, and while all the dives have been great, we always seemed see a little more, something neat, or just had a more relaxing time with Jorge at the helm. We look forward to making it down there in may to start the season! Thanks again and we look forward to diving with you guys!
