Episode 14 of the Pacific Northwest's only underwater TV series follows photography instructor Dan Hershman around as he takes pictures at a sunken boat at the old Harper's Ferry Dock near Southworth, WA. Dan also shares some of his thoughts about the underwater world. From Southworth, the camera moves north for a tour of the artificial reef near the Port Townsend Marine Science Center. Shorter videos sprinkled throughout the episode visit a lighthouse getting a septic system refit, a remarkable painter rendering our marine ecosystem, and a quick trip south to Papua New Guinea.
"SEA-Inside: Pacific Northwest" airs on 40 cable-access stations from British Columbia to Florida, from Vermont to southern California, reaching about three million homes. It is is a non-profit project that provides a new half-hour TV show about the underwater world every other month.
