Will second the DSS buckle. The other will work but is not as heavy guage steel.

these are the best I have found. Stainless Steel Hardware from Reef Scuba Accessories. Hard to find hardware. Page 3 and if you email them with the quantity you need you will get a discount.
Shop around, then call Edd at Cave Adventurers, 850-482-6016. He will beat any price you you get.
