Cuba - diving in Cayo Coco

I would like to ask about diving in Cayo Coco (and Cayo Guilermo) - is there a big chance to see sharks during diving (or sharks are seen only sometimes)?

Whats the weather in Cayo Coco in November (i have heard that in the north cuba is a little bit windy and not good weather in that time) ?
