Hoses with wide flange QDC

Does anyone know where I can buy low pressure hoses with the special wide flange quick disconnect couplers like those on the dry suit inflator hose that came with my DUI drysuit? The quick disconnect coupler has a large contoured flange that makes it very easy to get on and off with gloves on. I’m thinking about changing out the hose that goes to my bladder low pressure inflator to make it easier to get on and off. This would be great for filling a surface marker etc.. Any reason why I shouldn’t do this?

Use your suit inflator to fill the marker... don't disconnect the wing inflator to do this. You can re-attach the suit inflator one handed... not so likely with the wing inflator.
