Is your RMV and SAC the same thing? I know they are measures of the same thing, but if you calculate your SAC at a .6, does this mean your RMV is also a .6? SAC being calculated as a volumn per minute adjusted for depth. If they are different, how? And what formula (imperial) is used for calculating your RMV?

We just had a discussion on this exact thing. I can never find the thread when I want to...
Do a search on RMV and it should turn up. I guess they are not actually the same.

What does RMV stand for? I've never heard/seen that abbreviation.

I hadn't seen that before.

Thanks, O-ring.

I had used RMV and SAC interchangeably...didn't know I had it wrong..whoops. There is a definite difference in SCR though...since SCR is a function of pressure and RMV and SAC are a function of volume..
