For operations in that area you could contact
Bob's Sea and Ski. When I last spoke to him early last year he was not doing charters, that may have changed.
For depths that you are taking about I am sure that Jim and Pat at Boston Harbor Diving Company can accommodate you.
Heading up the coast there is Heather and Dave at Northern Atlantic Dive Expeditions, and Fran Marcoux at Daybreaker Charters. Last but not least you could go out with the gang at Cape Ann Divers.
If heading to RI is an option, contact Red at Giant Stride Dive Shop in Warwick
