I am interested in finding some new location to dive in the ocean in the United States, but I want to dive without using a boat. Does anyone have any good locations which you can dive in a safe area, but can be access by walking? I have been to Aransas Jetties, but it's a very dangerous area to dive, because of all the fishermen and the boats that cross the jetties. Any websites or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
