Has anyone been ice diving at Gilboa? How is the diving? Has any of ice at deep platform thawed out yet?

And he said the quarry was under full ice yet. I live about a hour away and its supposed to get down to -5F tonight so I don't think that will thaw much ice.
I don't think Mike allows ice diving unless you are a part of a public saftey dive team, and are doing training.
Hope the ice melts soon.

I did a lot winter diving the last few years at Gilboa but have not done any this year. I hope the quarry thaws soon (before spring).
