I was at Vortex a couple of weeks ago. It was not too crowded, water temp the usual 68 degrees. Shane is doing a great job down there. We stayed in a couple of the rooms at Otter Creek. He has ripped all the old carpet up and put down tile, the walls are clean and the rooms were 100% better than the last time I was there. They have removed all that old crap carpet or tarp or whatever from around the sides.
