Has anyone been to Cat Island in the Bahamas? If so, where did you stay? Who did you dive with? How was the diving?

We just got back from a week at Cayman Diving Lodge, and we're planning a week in Mexico in early December. I'm looking for somewhere to go for 4 days/5 nights in June or July and Cat Island looks interesting. Any other suggestions are welcome too. Since it'll be a short trip, somewhere with a flight under 4 hrs from NYC is really what I'm looking for.
