i was wondering if any one has switched from an oms iq pack(no backplate just used it as a soft pack + 32 lb bladder) to a bp/w setup with a ss plate(halcyon 40 lb bladder) and what the weight change would be roughly in water if much at all besides the additional 6 lbs of the back plate?
