The Dive Site Near Gasden, AL?

Does anyone know anything about The Diveland Park in or near Gasden, Alabama? Called the # and got a recording but it didn't specify much of anything, just wondering if anyone has been here or heard about this quarry.

It is owned by John Valdez, he was planning on selling it and closed a few years ago. He will open it for Instructors and their students only. I reserved the weekend of the 12th-13th of July for an OW class and a few advanced students.

Its a great place to dive and one of my favorites. Its goes from a nice easy 10'-30' to an area about 40'-50' near the trailer and then a drop off to about 150' deep, a monster of a thermocline sometimes and usually really great vis in the deep area.

It's still for sale I think.... $910,000 if you've got that in spare change.
