tsk tsk tsk will it eventually halt Scuba Diving in any unfortunate leaks?

a lot of oil and gas exploration will be done in the coming months and they are all over the Philippines with oil rigs and drills around.

Coron, Calauit, Mindoro, Palawan, Malapascua, etc.
