I know it's like 3 months and 10 days away, but I have been looking at all the cool stuff to do while we will be in VEGAS. I can not wait to go...... who knows? I may not have enough time to make DEMA, well except for the party maybe :D

You can dive in Lake Meade. It is about a 30-45 min. drive from the strip...depending on traffic.

Even stranger is the fact that we met you the first evening of Oceanfest. I guess the Mrs. and I are just heading to the right places at the right time.

Shark Reef at the Mandalay Bay. You dive it dry, on foot, and possibly inebriated if you are partying too hard.

BTW; Tip - I'm staying at the Rivera, which is the DEMA host hotel. However I was able to get a much better room rate of $97/night from Hotels.com than going through the DEMA booking of $125/night.

That's a very good point! For me, several of the seminars / classes / workshops conflict with each others schedules so you really should plan ahead, some you just won't be able to make. So you go back Next Year!!

Well it apears there is not much to dive in vegas due to enviormental issue with a company called Vegas Tunnel Constructors seems they closed the dive site at a saddle cove aginst the wishes of the dive community. So............any ideas for diving before the show

Dema was great we wer very busy thanks for all those that stopped by; and recieved samples.
