I was just in Seward and did a shore dive off the South Beach @ Lowell Point. Horrible vis and not very exciting. I read somewhere that there's an artificial reef off Lowell Point made of cars but when I asked around at Millers Landing and Ocean Adventures nobody knew what I was talking about, so we just went off south beach. Any one know more about this location?
