Has anyone removed their Tec 2G from their console?

I have the 3 gauge console from Uwatec with the computer, SPG, and compass and recently purchased these from DeepSeaSupply https://www.deepseasupply.com/index.php?product=129. I really want to streamline my gear and mount the computer and the compass on my wrists. I want to pop these out without damaging them.

If anyone has any advice it will be appreciated.

Thanks!!

should just pop out...the SPG on the other hand will require you unscrewing from the hose, then popping it out...don't lose the needle valve when doing this...

Well they just do pop out with the assistance of some to-go sushi chopsticks from work!

Pick the side away from the IR port. Use a wide blade Screw driver. A piece of heat shrink over the blade helps reduce the scratching. Slide the blade to the bottom. Pry gently. Do it over a cushioned area in case you goof up and drop it.
