A few years ago when I achieved DM, I went on a dive trip with several of my friends. Several of them were also Divemasters.
The first boat dive of the day and we are lining up to take the plunge. Well, I took the plunge alright! When I attempted my giant stride, I did a very neat face plant and belly flop.
I haven't lived that one down yet, but I laugh every time I think about the experience. We are only human, you know.
