I live near st louis and want to go to the Philippenes. I need to travel cheap, i would like to go in january sometime. I know its a long trip to take with a stranger thats why im posting now. I have lots of free time and a little money but am having trouble finding free spirits to hang out with.. I would like to find a small group to share expenses. let me know if your interested..
 
most of the guys here in PPD are based near Manila.

tho there are some dive operators in visayas who are also PPDs.
