Looking at pictures of Halcyon and DiveRite wings, the rear pull dumps face forward. This is down when you are horizontal. Wouldn't this lead to incomplete release of air? I realize that it would be easier to reach in this location versus the back of the wing. Obviously it couldn't that bad of a problem, or they wouldn't do it that way, but I still have concerns about ease of dumping air. The wing I use now has dumps on the back and has worked for me, but I'm looking to get a new wing for doubles. Thanks for your help.

When there is air in your wing, the wing folds up some around your tank. This brings the dump valve from facing forward to being on the side. A slight tip to the right when horizontal and it dumps just fine.
