where is that at? looks like a cool spot

It is in Block Island Sound south of the Charlestown Breachway in about 80 ft of water. It is a usually beautiful dive. The main thing to be careful of is that it can have a strong current if you don't catch it at slack, especially if it is a full or new moon.
