Yes, that is a quite decent fare from BWI.
TCI diving is almost exclusively anchor, although they may do an occasional drift if currents dictate.

Dive with Fifi at Caicos Adventures. Its the best. Check out his web site at http://caicosadventures.com/ As for the skill level it is the place that I learned to dive so how hard could it be? Go you won't be sorry you did.

I would go any month up to the end of August when you start to hit hurricane time. The weather will be hot (70-95 F) but the tradewinds blow constantly. We have never had AC at the houses we rent and never missed it. There is always a breeze and ceiling fans. Let me know if you need anything else. If we go again this winter it will be the 8th time to Provo.

Caicos Adventures http://www.caicosadventures.tc/scubadiving.htm is my first pick, but Prov Turtle Divers http://www.provoturtledivers.com/ (not to be confused with Dive Provo at the Allegro) is a very close second.

How did you get that airfare. I just checked on Yahoo travel and the lowest I could find was $703 for August 2-9. I'll change my plans and go to Provo if I can go for the fare you found!
