I dont know if they are the "best" but I recently returned from a trip with Sea Dragon dive center in Khao Lak and had an awesome time! Ship and dive crew were great - the diving was the best I have done and we ended on a high note - Manta Ray!!

Another vote for the Philkade. We have been out with them twice and will be going out with them again. Trip reports, slide shows and photos at our site Aquablue Dreams. If you have the time their Similans/Burma trip is fantastic.
good to know people have enjoyed Philkade - we are booked on it early next year and are all looking forward to it !!

I think it was board member Arizona that first told me about this liveaboard and how nice it was.
