Sherwood Insight USB driver

I have trouble with the driver provided on the Sherwood website to download the log from my dive computer to my PC.

Has anyone had problems/solution for that?

What's the problem?

I downloaded the program form the Sherwood web site and the USB driver for windows XP. When I try to install the driver, it fails. Here is the message:

"La langue du système n'est pas prise en charge par l'Assistant Installation de pilotes de périphérique. Contactez le fournisseur de ce package."

Is it because my windows is in french that it doesn't work?

Is there a french version of the driver or another way to get this to work? English or french it doesn't matter.
