Hi,
I'm looking at buying an Ikelite housing for my e330. I'm planning on initially using me 14-45 lens, and according to Ikelite it requires a +4 diopter. I am hacing trouble finding out though, so if anyone knows where I can get one please let me know.

You should be able to find one without too much trouble at a camera store (local or online). Some stores refer to the term "close-up lens" instead of diopter. Often they are most readily available as sets including a +1 and +2 lens as well. Make sure you purchase the 58mm size for the 14-45mm lens.
