Is it worth it to pay to get a G Shock frogman's Battery replaced?

I was given one, but I have never seen it in action, so I am not sure how well it works.

Also some seaching about on the web seems to indicate that there is a PC downloader. Is this correct?

P.S. Casio's website sucks. I hate flash sites.

A follow up. Casio's website sucks even worse. It did not work with Opera, so I had to use Firefox to e-mail them for service.

Here's hoping the watch is worth the $65.00 fee for replacing the battery.
