Just curious. Where do they get the air from to inflate their bodies? Is it even air? Anyone knows the mechanism by which they puff themselves up?

Tetraodontidae - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pufferfish) They do use air if landed, and it is apparently difficult for them to deflate in this case, if thrown back.
