Hi,

I'm going to Indonesia at the end of November. I'll be flying into Bali and I was hoping to get out to Manado to do some diving at some point. Does anyone know of any good liveaboards in that area for 3-4 days? Alternatively, can anyone suggest a good dive resort that isn't too expensive?

Land based is more flexible for that short time period and much cheaper. Consider Lembeh as well. Do night dives there, great fun. The Bunaken and Lembeh areas have a full range of accommodation.
 
Hi sringari - here's a short list of dive-specific resorts for Bunaken and Lembeh - good diving and decent facilities, the pick of the crop I believe.
