Halcyon have a "Fair Trade Pricing" policy, which means they make their dealers all charge the same price.
About the best you can hope for is buying online (avoid state sales tax), finding a dealer that throws in free shipping (eg Lloyd Baileys, maybe others), or this guy rumoured to be on eBay who sells new Halcyon gear on the sly for less than FTP prices.
There's numerous threads on this if you poke around - someone may have posted his eBay userid.
