Million Dollar Question:

Where would you chose to dive from Nov. 29 until Dec 21? I have limited experience. On Dec 22 I must be in Makassar. Bali and R4 are not options.

Surely I would recommend Lembeh Island. Diving in Lembeh Strait is not that much affected by the weather. Which actually have been quite good the last 5 December months. And this period is great for diving at the ocean side of Lembeh Island.
