this is quite different from ScubaBoard or other forums as it's meant to be a collection of articles about diving, from recreational to technical, local diving and faraway trips, open circuit and rebreather, video, photo, ...

Do you mean "Posting a new comment ?". What web browser and OS are you using ? Did you fill up the comment in the post page and then hit Submit comment ?
