Wookie here on Scubaboard runs a liveaboard charter that runs trips to the Dry Tortugas. His crew is top notch and they know all the good dive sites.
You can probably google MV Spree and get a really good deal on their liveaboard trips. I've done it and had a blast with the divers and crew alike.

I just visited the web site which stated they generally try to dive in the protected areas. I was trying to do some speerfishing, do you know if they have speerfishing charters in the tortugas?
