I just wanted to say, Ikelite rocks 
I had to send in my DS-125 Sub-strobe in for repair recently. It somehow flooded the last time I used it and it got pretty messed up I guess. They quoted me a price of $300 + shipping to repair it (replace all of the electronics with the latest version and basically make it like new), replace the re-chargeable battery with a completely new one and supply a new charger for the new battery. About $350 all said and done. Pretty expensive, but a lot cheaper than buying a whole new unit - which would cost some $800 + shipping!!
Anyway - the praise is that I meant to tell them I needed a particular part (a little knob for the mounting arm) when I sent it in, but I forgot until I got it back. That kind of sucked, because I figured that I could have had the knob sent with no extra shipping charge if they sent it back with the strobe, but now I would have to pay shipping. However, when I e-mailed them to tell them that I needed the knob, not ONLY did they give me the knob for free, they didn't even charge me for shipping!! Now that's a classy company.
So, kudos to Ikelite!!
